TERMS & CONDITIONS
Description of Our Products and Services
HubRunner designs and hosts websites, and provides other website-related services, including, but not limited to, technical support, search-engine optimization, and interfaces for updating users’ websites. HubRunner provides these products and services under the HubRunner and HubRunner Pro brands and other brands. Additional services may be purchased on an as-needed basis. Our Users understand that obtaining access to HubRunner’s services may involve third party fees (including but not limited to, email service, merchant accounts, and gateways). Our Users and the users of our websites are responsible for all equipment and software necessary to access HubRunner’s services.
Refund and Billing Policy
HubRunner may provide customized websites that cannot be resold, such as those websites provided under the HubRunner Pro brand. HubRunner offers a limited refund not to exceed 30 days of standard service. Each HubRunner User is responsible for understanding our refund policy upon purchasing our services. In some cases, HubRunner charges a setup fee. Setup fees are non-refundable. Billing for subscription fees will be automatically billed to the User using the credit card or ACH bank transfer information on file. In some cases, HubRunner may charge a User one time fees, setup fees, or prorated fees.
HubRunner does not honor requests for refunds for non-delivery of products or services due to mailing issues of an email provider or a User’s own mail server that causes the User to not receive an email from us. Claims for non-delivery of products or services must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org in writing no later than five (5) full business days after the User receives an email indicating a website has been completed. Otherwise the product or service will be considered received and accepted. HubRunner does not guarantee that our products or services are compatible in any manner with any third-party programs or services and we do not guarantee support for third-party applications.
In the event of non-payment for the monthly fee, a User will be notified and their account will be labeled delinquent, during which time no additional products or services may be provided to the User. In its sole discretion, HubRunner may provide a User with a grace period of up to thirty (30) days to pay the balance in full. If payment has not been made in full by the end of the grace period, the Services may no longer be made available to the User, including any or all of the User’s websites being taken offline. If the User chooses to resume an account with HubRunner, there may be a reactivation fee of $150 or more. Each User is responsible for keeping all billing information up-to-date and valid; HubRunner is not liable for any losses (including but not limited to search engine optimization, lead generation, email delivery issues, and sales) resulting from non-payment or from any other reason, activity, decision or action.
Website Update Services
HubRunner Users may receive pre-agreed time for website updates and service. These updates may include text edits, copywriting, image uploading or swapping, and basic content additions. These updates do not include redesigning the website. We may offer a website platform upgrade to some HubRunner Users at regular intervals depending on the Users’ subscription plans. HubRunner Users receive a fixed amount of server storage space and monthly server bandwidth; the amount of storage and bandwidth varies depending on the subscription plan purchased and when the subscription plan was purchased. HubRunner strives in all cases to handle our Users’ requests within three business days of the request submission. Turnaround times for update requests will vary based on the types of requests made by our customers at a given time. HubRunner makes no guarantee that any given User request will be handled within any specific time period.
If a User requests updates that will extend beyond the time allocation included in their subscription plan, HubRunner will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible with an estimate of labor hours required to execute the requested updates. If approved, these labor hours will be billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour. Such ad-hoc services may be added to next the automatic billing cycle or billed immediately.

HubRunner maintains and enforces certain guidelines and policies regarding HubRunner’s relationships with its Users. Practices that are in violation of these guidelines and policies are strictly forbidden and may result in the immediate termination of HubRunner’s services. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of HubRunner.
Unacceptable content and practices include, but are not limited to, pornographic material, sexually explicit material, offensive material, illegal material or activities, harmful material, bulk emailing, distribution of viruses or malware, harmful or destructive activities, scams, phishing, unlawful solicitation of funds, deceptive activities of any kind, gambling or lotteries, defamatory or hateful content or language, revenge content or language, aids to pass drug tests, aids to pass lie detector tests, MLM without a legitimate product or service, reverse funnel systems, content or activities relating to illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal alcohol or tobacco sales, fake documents, email or hosting account reselling, reselling of any HubRunner services without written consent from HubRunner, spamming or distribution of any unsolicited messages, links to sites that are in violation of HubRunner terms and conditions, any activity that HubRunner deems to be in poor taste or could reflect negatively on HubRunner or HubRunner’s Users or affiliates, and content or language that could be perceived as harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, prejudiced, or otherwise offensive in any manner.
If you identify content on any HubRunner website or User website that appears unacceptable as described above, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and include a description of the content and a link to the web page that contains it.
By submitting an online form to HubRunner, you certify that you are 13 years old or older. HubRunner reserves the right to refuse to any User an account at its sole discretion at any time. If HubRunner chooses to refuse an account, a notification email will be sent to the email provided on the setup form.
All requests for cancellation of HubRunner Pro service must be made in writing. The User may send a cancellation request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. HubRunner reserves the right to retain any fees collected. An account in good standing will not receive any further subscription fees from HubRunner pro after the cancellation has been processed.
HubRunner makes no guarantee, assurance or promise whatsoever in regards to a User’s previous website (prior to using HubRunner’s or HubRunner Pro’s services), including but not limited to the functionality, location, or existence of all or any of your previous files.
Cancellation of HubRunner Pro service will result in the website being removed from the internet unless the customer purchases a transfer. Transfers start at $1,800 and increase depending on the size of the website, complexity and other factors.
What information do we collect?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, company information, billing address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. When designing a website for an organization or company, relevant details about the organization or company will also be requested. You may, of course, visit our site without registering.
What do we use your information for?
The information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:
- To improve customer service: your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs
- To process transactions: your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send periodic emails: the email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company updates, related product or service information, etc.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a range of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via secure technology and then encrypted into our subscription database, which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights. HubRunner is required to keep your information confidential.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses, such as monitoring the web traffic statistics on our own website.
Will HubRunner place ads on customer sites?
HubRunner does not place advertisements on its own website or on the websites it designs and builds for its customers unless under the express direction of a customer.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not voluntarily collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
